Very very good stay, well presented and newly renovated place. Great continental breakfast with good meals. Exceptionally helpful staff and magnificent location just next door to the Center of the city and also close to all what a tourist needs as restaurants, shopping, coffees, the Real Alcazar and Cathedral, and Seville across from Alcazar Gardens and 1 block from bus station. Again, walking distance to Barrio Santa Cruz.

magnificent location, with the possibility of going to and returning from the April Fair on foot. rooms are very correct and views of the Giralda and Alcazar are magnificent.
Reception staff have little tact in certain circumstances:. Question Is there a laundry service: answer, ufff.. in impossible times (when in the laundry Vera closely attended us magnificently and with whom they could have contact or provide the address simply... in a few days where everyone tries to go festooned). Is it possible to call a taxi: Impossible! it is better to comment that the taxi line is saturated, that going out to the street we surely "catch" one, as it was in only 2 minutes.. Can we access the room before: "everybody asks for it and there are no miracles".. it is better to explain that there is no problem as soon as it is prepared and clean, after the morning departures.. Nothing.. that explaining things differently, it is usually better, Nothing
